1. About Resorts Valley

Resorts Valley is operated by Resort Valley, a travel agency and accommodation booking platform.

We help travelers discover and book hotels, resorts, cottages, villas, and other accommodations through our network of authorized partner properties.

Resorts Valley acts as a booking facilitator and travel service provider. The accommodations listed on our platform are independently owned and operated by their respective owners and management teams.

We work only with partner properties that have authorized business relationships with us.

2. Booking Process

When a guest submits a booking through Resorts Valley, a booking request is created.

To ensure accuracy and a smooth guest experience, our team may verify:

  • Room availability
  • Room category selected
  • Check-in and check-out dates
  • Number of guests
  • Pricing and inclusions
  • Special requests, if any

Our team may contact the guest by phone call, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels to verify booking details.

A booking is considered confirmed only after Resorts Valley issues a booking confirmation.

After a booking request is submitted, Resorts Valley may share the booking details with the guest through WhatsApp, email, or PDF, where applicable.

If any booking detail requires verification, our team may contact the guest by phone call, WhatsApp, or email before confirmation.

Once the booking is confirmed, Resorts Valley may share the booking confirmation, property location/map link, check-in details, and other relevant information with the guest.

3. Inventory Management

Resorts Valley actively manages and regularly updates inventory and availability information for partner properties.

Before confirming a reservation, we make reasonable efforts to double-check availability and booking details to reduce errors and availability conflicts.

Our objective is to provide accurate information and a hassle-free booking experience for every guest.

4. Payments

Depending on the property and booking conditions, guests may be required to make:

  • No advance payment
  • Partial advance payment
  • Full payment

Payment may be collected before final confirmation in certain cases.

If a booking request cannot be confirmed, any amount paid to Resorts Valley for that booking will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.

Online payments are processed through trusted payment gateway partners such as Razorpay.

5. Property Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep property information, room descriptions, facilities, photographs, pricing, and availability accurate.

However, certain information may occasionally change due to updates made by the property or operational circumstances.

Guests are encouraged to review all booking details before completing a reservation.

6. Guest Support Commitment

Providing a comfortable and hassle-free experience is one of our primary goals.

If a guest experiences a booking-related issue, our support team will make reasonable efforts to assist and coordinate with the respective property to help resolve the matter.

We remain available to assist guests before and during their stay whenever reasonably possible.

7. Rare Availability Issues

Although Resorts Valley actively manages inventory and verifies bookings, rare situations may occur that are beyond our reasonable control.

Examples include:

  • Unexpected property closures
  • Maintenance or operational issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Natural disasters
  • Force majeure events
  • Property management errors
  • Unforeseen circumstances affecting the accommodation

If a confirmed booking cannot be honored due to such circumstances, the guest may choose either:

  1. 1.A full refund of the amount paid to Resorts Valley; or
  2. 2.An alternative accommodation arranged by Resorts Valley, subject to availability and guest approval.

The final decision between a refund and an alternative accommodation shall remain with the guest.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during booking
  • Carrying valid identification documents required for check-in
  • Following property rules and regulations
  • Making payments as agreed

Any damages caused by guests during their stay may be subject to charges imposed by the respective property.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

Resorts Valley works as a travel agency and booking platform connecting guests with partner accommodations.

While we assist guests and coordinate with partner properties, Resorts Valley does not own or operate the listed accommodations unless specifically stated.

Property operations, facilities, services, and on-site management remain the responsibility of the respective property owners and operators.

However, Resorts Valley will make reasonable efforts to assist guests in resolving booking-related concerns whenever possible.

10. Force Majeure

Resorts Valley shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions, transportation disruptions, public emergencies, or similar events.

11. Changes to These Terms

Resorts Valley may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Any updated version will be published on this website and become effective upon publication.
