By making a booking through Resorts Valley, guests agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

A booking submitted through Resorts Valley is initially treated as a booking request.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after Resorts Valley issues a booking confirmation through WhatsApp, email, phone call, SMS, invoice, voucher, or any other official communication channel.

If a booking request cannot be confirmed, any amount paid to Resorts Valley for that booking will be refunded in full.

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the property, travel dates, room category, promotional offers, seasonal demand, and other booking conditions.

The applicable cancellation policy for a property is displayed on the property's details page and is also shown in the booking summary or important information section before completing a reservation.

By proceeding with a booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms applicable to the selected property.

Depending on the booking, cancellations may be:

• Fully refundable
• Partially refundable

Properties listed on Resorts Valley may have their own cancellation and refund policies.

In such situations, Resorts Valley will make reasonable efforts to assist the guest. The guest may choose either:

1. 1.A full refund of the amount paid to Resorts Valley; or
2. 2.An alternative accommodation arranged by Resorts Valley, subject to availability and guest approval.

The final choice between a refund and an alternative accommodation shall remain with the guest.

Failure to check in without prior notice may be treated as a "No Show."

No-show bookings may be subject to partial or full cancellation charges according to the applicable property's policy.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Refund processing generally begins after approval and may take approximately 3 to 7 business days to reflect, depending on:

• Banks
• Payment gateways
• UPI providers
• Card networks
• Financial institutions

Actual credit timelines may vary.

Refunds and cancellations arising from events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government actions, public emergencies, transportation disruptions, or similar events, may be subject to the policies of the respective property and applicable laws.
